RideOne requires an Authorize.net account for credit card processing.
There’s a manual application review required for RideOne/Authorize.net account creation. Please submit the following items to begin the Authorize.net account process:
- Image copy of business owners drivers license (front only).
- Image copy of voided business check to the connecting bank account (front only).
- 3 months bank statements for connecting bank account. *Not required for new operators.
- Please download the Merchant Application, and email back completed.

After receiving all items, we’ll send to our Authorize.net exclusive partner Orbis for review. Account review, approval, and creation can take up to 2 weeks.
