  • Reply to confirm or acknowledge your booking or attendance
  • Respond to rebooking options when schedule changes occur

  • Communicate with your balloon operator through the platform
  • Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance

We collect and process the content of inbound text messages you send to us in order to provide our Service, route communications to the appropriate balloon operator, and respond to your inquiries. Message content may be stored as part of your booking record.

Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity, flight schedule, and your replies. Message and data rates may apply to both sent and received messages depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, message content, or any information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive or be able to send SMS messages through RideOne unless you re-subscribe.
